Description
Revolution is seeking an HR Manager in Shelbyville, TN to serve as a key business partner supporting both people strategy and site safety performance. This role will lead day-to-day HR operations while also supporting and driving a strong safety culture across the facility.
This position partners closely with site leadership to ensure a safe, compliant, and engaged workforce while executing corporate HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute HR strategies aligned with corporate vision and business goals.
- Partner with operations to promote a strong safety culture and support site safety initiatives and compliance efforts.
- Support safety programs, including training, incident review, and accountability processes.
- Drive talent development, succession planning, and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulatory requirements.
- Support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes.
- Manage employee relations and provide guidance to leaders on performance and conduct issues.
- Lead communication efforts to ensure alignment across the site.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Experience supporting or leading safety programs in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
- Professional certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, CCP).
- 3+ years of experience in an HR-related management position (preferably in a manufacturing environment).
- 5+ years of experience in Talent and Human Resources Administration (preferably in a manufacturing environment).
- Proficient computer skills (HRIS, Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Knowledge of state and federal employment laws relating to key areas of responsibility.
- Maintains confidentiality and high ethical standards.
- Requires excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong customer service orientation and proven ability to lead through collaboration, positive interpersonal skills, problem resolution, and a desire to do the right thing.
