  • Identify opportunities to strengthen inventory processes, streamline reconciliation workflows, and improve operational consistency across locations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Director of Warehouse & Logistics.
Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong experience with inventory reconciliation, cycle counts, physical counts, discrepancy investigation, and inventory adjustment processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets, reporting tools, ERP systems, POS systems, and other inventory-related platforms.
  • Exceptional attention to detail complemented by strong organisational and documentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in a professional environment.
  • Proven leadership capability, including the ability to coach others, reinforce process compliance, and support accountability.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a practical and forward-thinking approach to process improvement.
  • Capable of working autonomously while collaborating effectively across store, warehouse, logistics, and leadership teams.
  • Able to participate in physical inventory activities and work within warehouse and retail environments as required.
Working Conditions

This role operates in a combination of office, warehouse, and retail store environments and requires regular collaboration across locations. The position may involve standing for extended periods, walking warehouse or stockroom areas, and participating in physical inventory activities as needed. Flexibility in schedule is required during peak periods, audits, major counts, or other key operational events.
