Job Summary:
The Warehouse laborer will be responsible for packaging lubricants products into various containers. The Warehouse Personnel must load and unload shipments regularly, with the capability of repetitive heavy lifting, and use any necessary equipment, e.g., forklift, etc.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Full-Time, on-site

What you will do day-to-day:
Receiving
- Operate a Forklift in a safe manner to move received product.
- Maintain a safe work environment.
- May lift product and/or stock merchandise up to 70 lbs., according to documented procedures.
- Process all required paperwork and maintain adequate records for reporting and tracking.
- Oversee the secure and accurate unloading of deliveries.
- Assist in the taking of inventory.
- Sort and distribute incoming deliveries.
- Perform quality audits for the condition of shipped incoming items prior to signing off.
- Report on discrepancies to Manager.
- Other related duties as required or assigned.
Shipping
- Fill orders and prepare for shipment using proper packaging for safe delivery.
- Follow current standards and procedures.
- Oversee the secure and accurate loading of deliveries.
- Solve the issue for any cases of missing documents.
- Maintain organized work area according to policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Make deliveries by company vehicle as assigned.
Packaging/Order Picking
- Package lubricants into various container sizes while following filling procedures.
- Pick branch and customer orders.
What you need to succeed:
Education
- High School Diploma required.
Experience
- 2+ years’ experience in a warehouse setting.
Other Skills (knowledge)
- Forklift experience and license is preferred.
- Knowledge regarding Lubricant product considered an asset.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and e-mail required.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
As part of the interview process, all candidates will undergo pre-employment checks. If an offer is extended, it will be contingent upon the successful completion of pre-employment requirements, including a criminal record check, 50 Lb. Fitness testing and Drug & Alcohol testing and verification of employment references.
