You will be responsible for designing and deploying data-driven solutions that connect CRM systems with external molecule datasets to improve visibility, automation, and operational performance.
The position plays a key role in accelerating the “spec win to design in” process, directly influencing market share in high-value drug development workflows.
You will lead cross-functional and external technology collaborations to build scalable analytics capabilities that support global clinical program initiatives.
The role requires strong expertise in CRM analytics, AI-enabled tools, and data integration, combined with the ability to translate complex insights into business impact.
You will act as both a strategic leader and hands-on builder, shaping how data intelligence informs clinical and commercial execution.

- Lead the CRM analytics roadmap for Design In initiatives, ensuring alignment with clinical program strategy and integration of Salesforce with external molecule and clinical datasets.
- Design and implement AI-driven tools and analytics solutions that enhance molecule tracking, lifecycle visibility, and workflow automation.
- Oversee the full solution lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and optimization of scalable data intelligence platforms.
- Serve as the primary liaison with external analytics, data, and technology partners to ensure successful delivery of integrated solutions.
- Deliver monthly performance and policy deployment reporting, translating complex data into actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement in data-driven workflows to enhance efficiency, operational performance, and specification win outcomes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams across clinical, commercial, and technical functions to ensure alignment of data strategy with business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technical, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strong experience with Salesforce, CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM/Einstein), SQL, and modern data platforms and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute large-scale CRM and analytics strategies supporting complex workflows and automation.
- Experience applying AI/ML tools and translating outputs into actionable business and clinical insights.
- Strong understanding of data integration, reporting systems, and analytics-driven decision support in complex environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills across global, matrixed organizations.
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on, building and optimizing data solutions directly when needed.
- Experience in biotherapeutic development, molecule lifecycle processes, or clinical program management is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with external data sources such as clinical databases or platforms like GlobalData is highly valued.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional digital or analytics initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% across global regions (EMEA, USCAN, APAC).
- Annual salary range of $175,000 – $195,000 with eligibility for bonus and incentive compensation.
