In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of a high-impact partner go-to-market motion focused on building and scaling a strong reseller ecosystem. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, ensuring alignment between partners and internal sales teams, and enabling consistent pipeline generation. The position requires a hands-on leader who can both define strategy and execute across the full partner lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to enablement and performance management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, marketing, and solution engineering to maximize partner success. This is a highly entrepreneurial, revenue-driven role where your ability to influence and execute directly impacts business expansion. It is ideal for a commercially minded leader who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and enjoys building scalable partner ecosystems.
- Develop and execute a reseller partner go-to-market strategy focused on driving revenue growth and expanding the partner ecosystem.
- Manage the full partner lifecycle including recruitment, qualification, onboarding, enablement, and ongoing performance management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners across executive, sales, marketing, and operational levels to ensure long-term collaboration and trust.
- Drive partner-led sales initiatives, including the development and execution of joint sales plays and pipeline generation activities.
- Align closely with internal direct sales teams to ensure coordinated execution, opportunity sharing, and strategic alignment.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources including solution engineering, product, marketing, and support to enable partner success.
- Develop and maintain annual business plans with key partners, tracking performance against revenue and growth targets.
- Provide leadership with regular reporting on pipeline health, forecasts, win/loss analysis, and market trends.
- Ensure partners are properly trained, enabled, and certified on the product portfolio to maximize sales effectiveness.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential partners to expand regional and global coverage.
- 10+ years of experience in the software or technology industry, with at least 7 years in SaaS or subscription-based models.
- Proven experience in partner management, channel sales, or GTM leadership roles.
- Strong track record of driving revenue growth through indirect sales channels and partner ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of recurring revenue business models and value drivers in subscription environments.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills across internal and external teams.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with a high bias for action and execution excellence.
- Ability to manage multiple complex partnerships and drive accountability across stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including pipeline forecasting and performance tracking.
- Preferred: experience working in global SaaS organizations with complex partner ecosystems.
