Business Development Representative

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Development Representative based in Brazil.

This role is a high-impact entry point into a fast-paced SaaS sales environment, where you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers across global markets. You will act as the first point of contact for prospective clients, helping them understand product value and determining whether their needs align with the solution offered. The position requires strong communication skills, curiosity, and a proactive mindset to build meaningful relationships with decision-makers and influencers. You will work closely with Account Executives to generate pipeline and support revenue growth in a collaborative, performance-driven team. The environment is international, remote-first, and highly focused on learning, experimentation, and continuous improvement. Accountabilities:
  • Engage and qualify inbound and outbound prospects, identifying business needs and evaluating fit with the product offering.
  • Conduct personalized outreach to decision-makers and key stakeholders across targeted accounts and regions.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to generate and accelerate sales pipeline growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions, follow-ups, and pipeline progress within CRM systems.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the product to clearly communicate its value proposition to potential customers.
  • Contribute to demand generation initiatives by supporting data-driven outreach strategies and campaigns.
  • Continuously refine outreach approaches and propose improvements to optimize conversion performance.
  • Ensure a high-quality customer experience through clear, empathetic, and value-driven communication.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, or B2B SaaS environments preferred.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, with clarity and professionalism.
  • Demonstrated motivation to build a long-term career in sales with a proactive, goal-driven mindset.
  • Proven ability to engage prospects, build rapport, and communicate value effectively.
  • High level of resilience, competitiveness, and consistency in achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in CRM management and follow-up processes.
  • Empathy and active listening skills to understand customer needs and tailor messaging accordingly.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote, and collaborative team environment.
