Responsible for preparing stocks, sauces, vegetable prep and other food items using standard recipes. Must be able to have basic knowledge of cooking, be able to read recipes, and be able to use various equipment such as steamers, knives, deep fryers, etc. Must be able to work in a fast paced commercial kitchen and have basic math skills. Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
