We’re looking for a motivated, energetic communicator to join our Business Development Center (BDC). This is more than answering phones. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers reaching out by phone, text, email, and chat, helping answer questions, scheduling appointments, and creating the kind of experience that makes people excited to visit our dealership.

What You’ll Do
- Respond quickly to customer inquiries by phone, text, email, online chat, and video
- Build relationships that encourage customers to visit the dealership
- Answer questions about vehicles, pricing, financing, leasing, and availability
- Schedule appointments for our sales team
- Create personalized communications that stand out from the competition
- Generate lease and purchase payment quotes using our advanced software
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities in our CRM
- Deliver a professional, friendly, and welcoming experience with every interaction
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal candidates have:
- Previous automotive dealership Sales or BDC experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer and technology skills
- Comfortable creating short personalized videos for customers
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM
- Positive attitude with a competitive drive to succeed
- Professional phone presence and strong customer service skills
Schedule
- Five-day work week, no weekends
