About This Position
Job Title: Lead Commercial Maintenance Technician
Are you ready to take your career to the next level with a fun, fast-paced, and rapidly growing company? We are looking for an experienced person to lead our maintenance team of 5 techs, candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience of hands on commercial maintenance experience. This is an exciting leadership role that will challenge and reward you all at the same time.
As a leader of our dynamic team your work will involve problem solving across various skills including, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry. Youll be in charge of managing a staff of techs and performing repairs and installations to keep our properties running smoothly.

What Were Looking For:
A motivated, customer-focused leader with a can-do attitude
Strong knowledge of general maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry
Excellent management, communication and people skills
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve efficiently
