Informatics Specialist - Full Time

The Informatics Specialist is responsible for optimizing the use of information systems that support the hospital's operations. This position serves as a liaison between all departments, Information Technology, and software vendors to improve workflows, data integrity, reporting capabilities, and system utilization.

The incumbent analyzes business and clinical processes, develops system solutions, provides end-user support and training, assists with report writing, manages system implementations and upgrades, and ensures data accuracy to improve operational efficiency and organizational performance.

Minimal Qualifications

· Required: Bachelor’s degree in health informatics, Information Systems, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

· Required: 3 years of experience supporting healthcare information systems, business operations, analytics, project management, or healthcare informatics.

· Preferred: Experience working with ERP, HRIS, financial, revenue cycle, payroll, scheduling, or other healthcare business applications preferred.

· Preferred: Experience with reporting tools, SQL, Power BI, or similar business intelligence software preferred.:
