Our busy and well-established Savage Adult Clinic is looking for an experienced, friendly, and highly organized Patient Care Coordinator to become the welcoming face of our practice.

You'll play a vital role in creating an outstanding patient experience while supporting our clinical team and helping ensure each day runs smoothly.

What You'll Do
  • Welcome patients with professionalism, warmth, and exceptional customer service
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling, questions, and appointment needs
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for Doctors, Dental Therapists, and Hygienists while maximizing provider efficiency
  • Check patients in and out accurately while maintaining an exceptional patient experience
  • Verify and update patient demographic, insurance, and billing information
  • Process patient payments and maintain accurate financial records
  • Scan, organize, and maintain electronic patient records and documentation
  • Coordinate referrals, records requests, prescriptions, and follow-up communications
  • Assist with insurance verification and administrative support as needed
  • Coordinate interpreter services when appropriate
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Collaborate with providers and teammates to ensure efficient daily operations

Requirements: What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of dental front office experience required
  • Strong knowledge of dental terminology, insurance verification, treatment scheduling, and patient coordination
  • Experience with dental practice management software (Open Dental preferred)
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail with excellent accuracy
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
  • Dependable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
