At Adelante, our Landscapers play an important role in maintaining the appearance, safety, and functionality of our facilities and residential properties throughout Albuquerque and Valencia County. What You Will Do:
- Mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, and maintaining lawns, trees, shrubs, and flower beds
- Planting flowers, shrubs, and other landscaping features
- Applying fertilizer, mulch, weed control, and other lawn care treatments
- Removing weeds, leaves, grass clippings, and debris to keep grounds clean and attractive
- Maintaining and repairing irrigation systems, including drip lines and sprinkler heads
- Performing minor maintenance and repairs on landscaping equipment and tools
- Repairing and maintaining landscape features and walkways
- Keeping outdoor areas clean and safe year-round, including snow removal and applying ice melt when needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Schedule & Pay:
Job Type: Full Time | Monday thru Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm.
Pay: From $16.64 per hour.

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Post-high school landscaping training
- At least 2 years of landscaping, groundskeeping, or facilities maintenance experience
- Experience operating landscaping equipment and power tools
- * Must able to commute to Belen / Los Lunas (Company vehicle will be provided)
Other Requirements: Must pass pre-employment drug and TB screen, and Agency, Federal and State Department of Health background investigations. Must have own, reliable transportation and an insurable driving record. Must possess a valid NM driver's license, and proof of auto liability insurance. Must be able to sit, stand, walk, perform keyboarding/typing functions, lift 50 lbs frequently. Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, push/pull, carry occasionally.
