We are seeking energetic, reliable, and hospitality-driven Servers to join our team. As a server at Lot 54, you are the face of our dining room. You'll set the tone for our guests with fast, friendly service, strong menu knowledge, and an upbeat attitude whether you are working the morning rush, a busy lunch, or peak dinner service.

Shift Availability:
We are hiring for all shifts—including Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. Flexible scheduling is available, and candidates with open availability across multiple dayparts are highly preferred! We are open from 7:30 a.m. - 3p.m. everyday. Wednesday - Saturday we are open 4-9 p.m. for dinner service

• Exceptional Hospitality: Deliver attentive, upbeat, and efficient table service in a fast-paced dining environment.
• Menu Mastery: Guide guests through our food and beverage menus, offer confident recommendations, upsell signature items, and accommodate dietary needs.
• POS & Operations: Take orders accurately, manage table pacing, handle transactions seamlessly, and coordinate smoothly with the kitchen line.
• Side Work & Setup: Execute opening, running, and closing side work to keep the dining room and server stations clean, stocked, and organized.
• Vibe & Culture: Bring positive energy to every shift and participate in fun, behind-the-scenes social media content and team showcases.

• Experience: 1+ years of serving experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Availability: Flexible schedule required, with availability for mornings, evenings, and/or weekends.
• Personality: Warm, outgoing, camera-friendly, and thrives in a high-energy team culture.
• Multitasking: Ability to move quickly, stay calm under pressure during peak rushes, and manage multiple tables effortlessly.
• Team Player: Clear, positive communication with guests, fellow servers, and kitchen staff.
