This role offers the opportunity to shape how innovative healthcare technology is understood, adopted, and delivered across commercial teams and healthcare providers.
The position bridges professional medical education and commercial excellence, creating impactful training programs that support both internal teams and external clinical audiences.

Accountabilities:

The Manager, Therapy & Commercial Training will lead the development and execution of training initiatives that strengthen commercial capabilities, enhance healthcare provider education, and support successful adoption of innovative therapeutic solutions.

  • Design and deliver high-impact virtual and in-person training programs that combine clinical knowledge with effective commercial strategies.
  • Manage onboarding programs for new team members and provide ongoing development, coaching, and performance support for existing employees.
  • Conduct field coaching sessions and ride-alongs to observe, develop, and enhance commercial team effectiveness.
  • Create educational programs for healthcare providers to support technology adoption and clinical integration.
  • Partner with marketing teams to support key opinion leader initiatives, peer-to-peer education, and professional engagement programs.
  • Develop workflows and resources that help healthcare providers incorporate wearable technology into clinical practice.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing stakeholders to ensure training content aligns with strategic priorities, scientific accuracy, and compliance standards.
  • Maintain training documentation, track performance metrics, and use data-driven insights to improve program effectiveness.
  • Apply strong project management skills to coordinate multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Serve as a strategic partner across teams by influencing without direct authority and helping build scalable training processes.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines experience in healthcare, medical education, and commercial training with strong communication and leadership capabilities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field required; advanced degree or clinical credential preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales.
  • Experience engaging directly with healthcare professionals, including medical education programs, key opinion leader management, or peer-to-peer initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of clinical concepts and the ability to communicate scientific information effectively to both internal teams and healthcare audiences.
  • Experience designing or facilitating sales training, clinical education, instructional programs, or professional development initiatives.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical information.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and operate effectively in a mission-driven environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience partnering across commercial, medical, and operational teams.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems, e-learning tools, and digital CRM platforms is preferred.
  • Experience in neurology, movement disorders, wearable technology, or related healthcare fields is a plus.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and sales methodologies is preferred.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary range of $135,000–$150,000, based on experience, skills, market benchmarks, and internal equity.
