The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

The Practice Management Analyst PMA Senior is a critical role in supporting functions of the template management team. This position supports providers in scheduling and registration functions and access optimization of providers time, oversees all Scheduling and Registration projects and education.

As a Senior Analyst, a typical day might include:

  • Assess, manage, prioritize the teams process improvement projects within outpatient scheduling and registration in an effort to streamline processes and increase access with template optimization,
  • Build, manage and optimize outpatient clinician templates according to leaderships specifications
  • Run regular audits and reports to ensure outpatient Patient Access Services department compliance with scheduling guidelines,
  • Report and analyze operational statistics as needed
  • Develop and implement standardized education for outpatient scheduling and registration
  • Coordinate and manage coverage of centralized call out line to alert local team members and families of last minute provider call outs,
  • Serves as the PMA teams training lead,
  • Serves as a liaison between outpatient Patient Access Services, Insurance Verification, Credentialing, Strategic Improvement and call center vendor,
  • Actively participates in meetings and huddles with offsite vendor and the onsite local teams
  • Utilizes HRO principles, inclusive of AIDET, Five Tones, and validate and verify to provide excellence in customer service and the patient experience,
  • Able to think creatively and proactively while maintaining adherence to guidelines, policy and procedures,

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following qualifications:

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 5 years experience in template management

Preferred:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills,
  • Experience with Epic preferred
  • Proficiency with internet based technologies including Office 365 environment, data entry, and navigation of multiple applications,
  • Sensitive to patient confidentiality, and maintains HIPAA compliance
