We are a resident-oriented facility looking for a dynamic FULL TIME (32 HOURS) RN Charge Nurse/Backup Supervisor for our 11-7 shift who is a team player, enthusiastic, professional, courteous and detail-oriented. $38.00 - 45.00 /hour DOE ($43-$50 DOE when supervising)
PLUS $2.50 Shift Differential
PLUS $6.25 - $9.37 per hour for pick up shifts!
$1.50 weekend differential
32 HOURS/WEEK INCLUDES EVERY OTHER WEEKEND

Avon Health Center is just a 15-20 minute ride from Hartford. Take 84 West to Exit 39/Route 4.
- Must be able to work every other weekend
- Must possess a current, unrestricted Connecticut RN license in good standing
- Prior Nursing Home Experience Preferred
- Must be reliable. We are a 24/7/365 facility and staff is expected to come to work even in inclement weather
