Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Integrated Campaigns Director based in United States.
This is a senior marketing leadership role responsible for building and scaling an integrated campaign engine across the full B2B buyer journey.
You’ll turn a strong category narrative and product roadmap into focused, multi-channel campaigns that generate measurable demand and pipeline.
The role owns campaign strategy, planning, channel mix, budget allocation, execution, and performance measurement.
You’ll help shift the organization from an MQL-first approach toward account engagement, buyer intent, and meaningful product experiences.
Working across Product Marketing, Brand, Content, Field Marketing, ABM, Lifecycle, Sales, and SDR teams, you’ll create one coordinated go-to-market motion.
This is a hands-on builder role for someone who thrives on experimentation, moves quickly, and uses data to decide what deserves more investment.
You’ll also lead and develop the campaigns team while shaping how modern, AI-enabled B2B marketing programs are built and measured.
- Own the integrated campaign strategy and calendar, developing a focused portfolio of well-resourced, themed campaigns connected to the category narrative and product roadmap.
- Build multi-channel programs spanning email, paid media, web, content, social, events, partnerships, syndication, newsletters, sponsorships, and emerging AI-search channels.
- Design campaigns around account engagement, product experience data, buyer intent, and other meaningful signals rather than relying primarily on lead volume or MQLs.
- Own channel strategy and budget allocation, evaluating efficiency through metrics such as cost per opportunity, blended CAC, and payback.
- Run the always-on demand engine, including awareness and consideration nurtures and persona-based journeys targeting pre-sales, revenue, and marketing leaders.
- Put the product experience at the heart of campaigns by creating opportunities for prospects to meaningfully interact with the product rather than simply completing forms.
- Establish campaign measurement frameworks before launch, evaluate performance honestly, and quickly retire or adjust programs that fail to deliver.
- Develop and execute structured tests across channels, formats, creative approaches, and AI-search visibility, using clear hypotheses and performance thresholds.
- Coordinate closely with Product Marketing, Brand and Content, Field Marketing, ABM, and Lifecycle teams to maintain a unified marketing plan.
- Partner with Sales and SDR leadership to ensure campaigns generate actionable next steps that representatives can immediately pursue.
- Manage external agencies, vendors, and partners while maintaining high standards for quality, efficiency, and measurable results.
- Lead, coach, and develop the campaigns team while building stronger processes and capabilities as the function scales.
- Track and report on sourced and influenced pipeline, qualified account engagement, campaign efficiency, launch and expansion contribution, and execution speed.
- 8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or integrated campaigns, including 3+ years leading campaign teams and owning a measurable pipeline target.
- Proven experience building and managing multi-channel marketing programs across paid media, email, web, content, events, and related channels.
- Strong understanding of modern marketing technology stacks, including marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, CRM systems, intent platforms, and buyer-signal tools.
- Demonstrated ability to use account engagement, product usage, intent, and behavioral signals to drive demand-generation decisions.
- Experience developing campaigns for pre-sales, revenue, marketing, sales technology, or revenue technology audiences is strongly preferred.
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to establish targets, evaluate performance, understand channel economics, and clearly explain how success will be measured.
- AI-forward approach to marketing, with practical experience using AI for research, creative development, copywriting, analysis, campaign operations, and team productivity.
- Excellent writing skills and strong creative judgment, with the ability to develop compelling campaigns without sacrificing strategic clarity.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and at speed, with the ability to prioritize initiatives, establish direction, and maintain focus amid competing demands.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to build trust with Sales, Marketing, Product, and executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate high-performing campaign teams.
- A data-driven, experimental mindset and willingness to test new channels, formats, and approaches while maintaining clear standards for investment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, curiosity, and a sense of humor in a fast-moving team environment.
- Annual salary range of $160,000–$170,000 USD.
- Flexible, fully remote work environment within the United States.
- Generous employer contribution toward health insurance, with dental and vision coverage options.
- Employer HSA contributions plus HSA/FSA programs and tax-advantaged benefits.
- 401(k) plan with company matching contributions.
- Paid parental leave.
- Unlimited paid time off and 12 company holidays.
- Paid day off for your birthday.
- Flex Fridays, including every third Friday of the month off.
- Top-tier work-from-home equipment and setup provided.
- Professional development opportunities to expand skills and advance your career.
- Two paid volunteer days each year to support a charity of your choice.
