• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

SuiteMate Staffing Solutions is seeking a motivated and dependable Heavy Equipment Mechanic for a full-time opportunity in Dallas, TX. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience maintaining and repairing heavy off-road equipment who takes pride in keeping machinery operating safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance on heavy off-road equipment
• Fuel, lubricate, inspect, and service equipment
• Diagnose mechanical issues and complete minor repairs
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and report equipment concerns
• Follow all required workplace safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Equipment You'll Work On:

• Dozers
• Excavators
• Off-road dump trucks
• Motor graders
• Other heavy construction equipment

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience maintaining or repairing heavy off-road equipment
• Basic knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and mechanical components
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable, safety-minded, and committed to quality workmanship
