Job Overview
The Transit Driver is responsible for the safe, reliable, and courteous transportation of passengers within the community, ensuring access to essential services such as medical appointments, grocery stores, pharmacies, and other primary transportation needs. This role provides reliable transit services for seniors, persons with disabilities, and low-income residents, supporting their mobility and independence.
Qualification
- Education
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience
- Two years of driving experience.
- Previous experience in public transportation, commercial driving, or customer service is a plus.
- Certifications
- Valid Driver’s License and Insurance, clean driving record.
