Job Description

Senior Account Executive

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Account Executive based in United States.

This is a high-impact sales opportunity for an experienced B2B SaaS professional responsible for driving growth across the LATAM market.
You will own the full sales cycle, from creating pipeline and prospecting to negotiating and closing complex opportunities.
The role combines new business development with the ability to uncover new use cases, buying centers, and expansion opportunities.
You will work closely with customers and executive stakeholders to understand business challenges and position solutions around measurable outcomes.
Beyond closing deals, you will help shape sales messaging, go-to-market strategy, ideal customer profiles, and repeatable sales motions.
The position offers significant visibility across go-to-market leadership and the opportunity to influence how emerging products are brought to market.
Success requires strong commercial judgment, adaptability, curiosity, and the ability to thrive in an evolving and sometimes ambiguous environment.

Accountabilities
  • Own the full sales cycle across the LATAM territory, from pipeline creation and prospecting through negotiation and close.
  • Build pipeline from the ground up by engaging new teams, departments, buying centers, and executive stakeholders.
  • Consistently generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, account mapping, events, partner collaboration, and other targeted activities.
  • Identify new use cases, customer segments, and buying opportunities beyond established sales motions.
  • Collaborate with global channel partners to develop and progress relevant market opportunities.
  • Lead structured discovery conversations to uncover customer challenges, business priorities, desired outcomes, and decision criteria.
  • Apply qualification methodologies such as MEDDICC, SPICED, or comparable frameworks to effectively assess and advance opportunities.
  • Use value-selling principles to connect customer challenges with business outcomes and clearly communicate the value of proposed solutions.
  • Build deal momentum by creating urgency, aligning stakeholders, addressing objections, and establishing clear next steps.
  • Manage complex opportunities across multiple stakeholders while maintaining accurate pipeline data and forecasts.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue and sales targets through disciplined territory and pipeline management.
  • Contribute field insights to the evolution of go-to-market strategy, including ideal customer profiles, messaging, use cases, and sales approaches.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and other go-to-market teams to share customer insights and influence product and commercial strategy.
  • Use Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms to manage opportunities, track pipeline activity, and maintain accurate forecasts.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally including experience in early-stage environments, new product launches, or evolving go-to-market organizations.
  • Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and selling across the LATAM territory.
  • Proven track record of independently generating pipeline and closing business in ambiguous, competitive, or evolving markets.
  • Strong practical experience with structured qualification methodologies such as MEDDICC, SPICED, or similar frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience applying value-selling methodologies such as Command of the Message or an equivalent approach.
  • Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise organizations, including engaging executive-level decision-makers.
  • Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Strong ownership mentality with the initiative and resourcefulness to move opportunities forward without requiring constant direction.
  • Comfortable operating without a fully defined playbook and able to adapt quickly as priorities, products, and market conditions evolve.
  • Curious, commercially minded, and able to connect customer problems to relevant business solutions.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously.
  • Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM tools for opportunity management, pipeline tracking, and forecasting.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
  • Experience selling new or emerging products within an existing product portfolio is a plus.
  • Experience operating in high-change, transformation, or rapidly evolving environments is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with AI or productivity tools is beneficial.
  • Channel sales or channel partner experience is a plus.
  • Global market experience is advantageous.
  • Strong awareness, judgment, adaptability, communication, collaboration, and trust-building skills, with the ability to use technology and AI tools to enhance—not replace—human decision-making.
Benefits
  • Annual compensation range of $187,900–$254,100 USD for US Zone 2.
  • Annual compensation range of $166,900–$225,900 USD for US Zone 3.
  • Opportunity to influence go-to-market strategy and help shape emerging sales motions.
  • High visibility and collaboration with go-to-market leadership.
  • Opportunity to work with mid-market and enterprise customers across the LATAM region.
  • Exposure to new use cases, products, markets, and evolving commercial strategies.
  • Opportunity to collaborate with global channel partners and cross-functional teams.
  • Environment that values adaptability, sound judgment, continuous learning, and strong human relationships.
  • Opportunity to use AI and productivity technologies to amplify sales effectiveness and decision-making.
  • Professional growth opportunities within a dynamic, evolving sales organization.
