Compensation & Bonuses
• Competitive Salary $65,000-$85,000
• Sign-On/Retention Bonus Options:
• 1 Year – $5,000
• 2 Years – $10,000
• 3 Years – $15,000
• On-Call Rotation: Participation in the hospice on-call schedule is required and includes additional compensation for both call coverage and patient visits during those times.

EDUCATION: Licensed RN with current PA state license.

EXPERIENCE: We are looking for clinicians who are passionate about patient care and eager to make a meaningful impact. Home health experience is a plus, but not required—we are happy to share more about this rewarding field with candidates who are excited to learn. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to build trusting relationships with patients and families, and the professionalism to coordinate care with our team.
