Groundskeeper Full-Time, Year-Round

Location: The Retreat at Seven Trails Apartments: 500 Seven Trails Drive, Ballwin, MO 63011

Pay: $17.00 $18.00 /hour (DOE) + bonuses

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM

Were hiring a reliable Groundskeeper to keep our community clean, safe, and looking great year-round. This is a full-time position with steady hours, no seasonal layoffs, and strong benefits.

• $16.00 $18.00 /hour
• Quarterly bonus up to $750. Up to $3,000 a year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keepbreezeways and common areas cleanwith regular leaf blowing and debris removal
• Completedaily trash pickupand maintain clean, accessible dumpster enclosures
• Pick up dog wasteand restock pet waste stations
• Assist withapartment trash-outsas needed
• Trim bushes and keepsidewalks and walkways clear
• Assist the office team withresident notice deliverywhen needed
• On-Call snow removal as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to operate blowers, trimmers, and basic equipment
• Willing to work outdoors year-round
• Dependable and team-oriented
• Must have reliable transportation
