- Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and other digital communication platforms to understand their needs and provide responsive support.
- Explain available supplemental benefit programs and coverage options clearly, accurately, and in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Guide clients through applications, enrollment documentation, and related processes while ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
- Deliver high-quality customer service before, during, and after enrollment, responding to questions and resolving concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Build lasting client relationships through professional communication, consistent follow-up, and a customer-first approach.
- Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and relevant information throughout the support process.
- Collaborate with remote teammates to coordinate client support and maintain consistently high service standards.
- Participate actively in virtual training, coaching, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.
- Use digital tools and virtual systems effectively to communicate with clients and manage daily responsibilities.
- Work independently while remaining accountable for service quality, productivity, follow-up, and professional development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and build trust with clients.
- Strong customer service mindset and a professional, positive, and empathetic approach to client interactions.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with diverse customers or stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Comfortable using computers, Zoom, online communication platforms, and other digital technologies.
- Self-motivated, dependable, coachable, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center support, member services, retail, hospitality, healthcare, client relations, or administrative support is helpful but not required.
- No prior insurance industry experience is required; comprehensive training and mentorship are provided.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must have access to a computer or laptop, reliable high-speed internet, webcam, and microphone.
- Must be able to maintain a quiet, professional home workspace suitable for virtual client interactions.
