Job Description

Senior Provider Partnerships Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Provider Partnerships Manager based in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to build and scale a strategic healthcare provider partnerships channel from the ground up.
You’ll develop relationships with health systems, physician organizations, academic medical centers, EMR vendors, and healthcare integration partners.
The position combines commercial strategy, business development, enterprise partnerships, and hands-on execution.
You’ll shape the partnership strategy, identify high-value opportunities, negotiate agreements, and launch measurable referral pilots.
Working across Product, Engineering, Clinical, Legal, Sales, Marketing, and other teams, you’ll turn partner insights into scalable solutions.
The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong executive presence, and comfort navigating ambiguity and complex organizations.
Your work will directly contribute to expanding access to evidence-based musculoskeletal care through healthcare provider networks and workflows.

Accountabilities
  • Develop the strategy, market priorities, target partner profile, and operating model for a new provider partnerships growth channel.
  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline across health systems, integrated delivery networks, academic medical centers, physician organizations, EMR vendors, interoperability platforms, and referral workflow partners.
  • Establish and cultivate executive-level relationships with health system leaders, CMIOs, CIOs, service line leaders, digital health executives, and other strategic stakeholders.
  • Develop, structure, negotiate, and close strategic enterprise partnership agreements, including commercial models, pilot structures, and success criteria.
  • Design, launch, and manage provider referral pilots with clear objectives, measurement frameworks, ownership, and performance metrics.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Clinical, Marketing, Legal, Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to remove barriers and deliver partnership initiatives.
  • Use partner feedback, market intelligence, and performance data to test assumptions, refine strategies, and influence product direction.
  • Translate pilot results and market learnings into repeatable partnership offerings, commercial models, playbooks, and scalable operating processes.
  • Establish and maintain the metrics, forecasting approach, ecosystem strategy, and operating cadence needed to scale the provider partnerships channel sustainably.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of initiatives, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution and making thoughtful decisions in ambiguous environments.
  • Communicate progress, opportunities, risks, and recommendations clearly to senior internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Drive measurable growth in provider-generated referrals and expand access through established healthcare workflows.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, enterprise sales, healthcare technology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing commercial strategies or partnership programs, including negotiating complex enterprise agreements.
  • Experience working with healthcare providers, health systems, EMRs, interoperability solutions, digital health organizations, or related healthcare ecosystems.
  • Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, with the ability to move between long-term vision, market analysis, and hands-on execution.
  • Experience building a new business, market, partnership function, or growth channel from zero to one is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with healthcare integration technologies, referral workflows, interoperability platforms, or EMR ecosystems is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to establish trusted relationships with executive-level healthcare and provider leadership.
  • Experience designing, launching, measuring, and scaling strategic pilots.
  • Track record of creating repeatable commercial models, operating processes, and playbooks for emerging business opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to use customer and partner insights to influence product strategy and business decisions.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working with teams across product, engineering, clinical, marketing, legal, sales, customer success, and implementation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • High degree of ownership, initiative, sound judgment, and accountability for outcomes.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where priorities and strategies evolve.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to create structure, build relationships, remove obstacles, and turn new opportunities into measurable results.

  • Travel reimbursement support where certain healthcare services are unavailable locally.
  • Traditional or Roth 401(k) retirement plan options with a 2% company match.
  • Modern life and learning stipends supporting professional development and personal growth.
  • Remote work environment with the flexibility to work from home.
