This is a senior delivery leadership role focused on managing complex technical implementations for major brand and financial services partners.
You’ll own multiple concurrent programs from initial scoping through testing, launch, and post-launch stabilization.
Working at the intersection of technology, payments, product, and client delivery, you’ll turn business goals into structured execution plans.
You’ll build trusted relationships with external partners while coordinating internal Product, Engineering, Compliance, and go-to-market teams.
The role combines technical coordination, risk management, process improvement, and strategic stakeholder leadership.
You’ll also help modernize delivery practices through AI-enabled tools and scalable frameworks.

- Lead end-to-end delivery of new features, capabilities, and product expansions across a portfolio of partner programs, from scoping through launch and stabilization.
- Translate partner and business objectives into clear project plans, milestones, dependencies, priorities, and measurable success criteria.
- Manage multiple concurrent implementation workstreams while maintaining delivery timelines, status reporting, quality standards, and stakeholder alignment.
- Serve as the primary delivery contact for partner stakeholders and coordinate closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and go-to-market teams.
- Build trusted relationships with partner organizations and internal leadership, influencing decisions, maintaining accountability, and resolving delivery challenges.
- Work alongside Lead Solutions Engineers to define integration scope, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide partners through APIs, payment flows, and operational dependencies.
- Develop a practical understanding of partner systems, e-commerce platforms, APIs, and the broader payments ecosystem to provide actionable integration guidance.
- Identify delivery risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues with clear context and recommended solutions.
- Build and refine delivery processes, frameworks, playbooks, and reporting mechanisms to improve visibility, consistency, and implementation speed.
- Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to increase delivery efficiency and encourage their effective adoption across the team.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to incorporate partner feedback, prioritize delivery needs, and ensure integration solutions remain scalable and aligned with platform strategy.
- 7+ years of experience in technical delivery management, program management, or complex integration delivery, preferably with significant experience in payments, fintech, or financial services.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent, complex implementation programs involving numerous internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of payments infrastructure, including payment processing, card networks, ACH, and related financial technology systems.
- Experience working directly with external clients or partners during technical implementations, with the ability to communicate effectively with both engineering teams and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, e-commerce platforms, and technical implementation processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics clearly and present effectively to executive audiences.
- Strong ownership mentality with the ability to proactively establish priorities, remove blockers, manage risks, and drive programs through completion.
- Highly organized and analytical, with strong attention to detail and the ability to balance competing priorities.
- Curiosity about AI tools and a willingness to explore how emerging technologies can improve delivery speed, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience with co-branded credit card programs or card issuing and processing is a plus.
- Competitive compensation with a salary range of $150,000–$200,000.
