Physical Therapist Asst (PTA) in Banning, California at San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital

POSITION SUMMARY:

Assists the Physical Therapists in various types of treatment including ambulation, exercise programs, patient education, patient transfers, etc.

The Physical Therapy Department generally serves patients in teen, adult, and geriatric age groups. The Physical Therapy Assistant must be able to provide physical therapy services appropriate to the age of the patients.

REQUIREMENTS:

Graduated from a program in Physical Therapy. Current California PTA, Physical Therapy Assistant License. Current BLS Certification. At least one year of experience as a PTA. Basic computer skills.
