Pay: $18.00/hr. to start
Shift: 1st Shift | MondayThursday, 5:00 AM3:00 PM
Schedule: 4-day workweek!

We are hiring Kayak Pre-Riggers to join a busy kayak manufacturing facility in Fletcher! This is a hands-on manufacturing position that is perfect for someone who enjoys working with tools and building products as part of a team.

• Use power tools to prepare and assemble kayaks.

• Perform hands-on production and manufacturing tasks.

• Follow instructions and quality standards.

• Work safely and efficiently as part of a team.

• Perform basic computer tasks as needed.

• Previous manufacturing or technical experience preferred.

• Experience using power tools.

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

• Dependable and willing to learn.

• Ability to lift 5075 lbs.

• Basic computer skills.

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
