Job Description

Senior Campaign Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Campaign Manager based in United States.

This role will own how demand is captured, nurtured, and converted across a complex, segmented go-to-market environment. You’ll have significant influence over campaign strategy, channel mix, and the way marketing contributes to pipeline and revenue. The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution across SEM, SEO, email, social, and content. You’ll use data, experimentation, and AI-enabled workflows to continuously improve campaign performance and conversion. Working closely with Sales and Marketing, you’ll ensure targeting, messaging, and lead-generation efforts remain aligned with business goals. As a senior contributor, you’ll also help turn successful testing and optimization approaches into repeatable practices across the wider team.

Accountabilities:
  • Build and execute demand generation strategies designed to support sales and revenue targets across a segmented go-to-market environment.
  • Develop, manage, and optimize multi-channel campaigns spanning SEM, SEO, email, social media, and content marketing.
  • Shape campaign strategy and channel mix based on business priorities, audience needs, buyer behavior, and performance data.
  • Design and run A/B tests and conversion rate optimization initiatives to improve campaign effectiveness throughout the buyer journey.
  • Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate campaign analysis, experimentation, and optimization while maintaining appropriate human oversight.
  • Identify successful testing approaches and develop repeatable frameworks that can be adopted across the broader marketing organization.
  • Monitor campaign performance and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for marketing and sales stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align targeting, messaging, demand generation, and lead conversion objectives.
  • Continuously evaluate the buyer journey and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion at different stages.
  • Help shape the overall demand capture strategy rather than simply executing an established campaign playbook.

Requirements:

  • 6–8 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years designing and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful campaigns within technology, software, or similarly complex business environments.
  • Experience working in segmented or sophisticated go-to-market organizations with multiple audiences, channels, and buyer journeys.
  • Strong understanding of the modern buyer journey and how to engage and convert audiences throughout different stages of the funnel.
  • Demonstrated ability to use campaign data and performance analytics to guide marketing decisions and optimize investment.
  • Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, campaign strategy, and multi-channel marketing.
  • Advanced AI fluency, equivalent to the ability to redesign campaign testing or reporting workflows using AI, build optimization approaches others can adopt, and rigorously validate AI-generated recommendations before acting on them.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across Sales and Marketing toward shared revenue goals.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a high-growth environment characterized by changing priorities, high standards, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong ownership, adaptability, curiosity, and ability to operate independently without relying on a detailed playbook.

Benefits:

  • U.S. salary range of $114,000–$151,000 USD.
  • Unlimited paid holiday.
  • Participation in a company share program.
  • Paid parental leave, including 6 months fully paid for primary caregivers and 2 months for secondary caregivers after one year of service.
  • Annual learning budget of €300, with additional support available for high performers.
  • Monthly dedicated development time focused on exploring, developing, growing, and elevating professional skills.
  • Work-from-anywhere flexibility, including the ability to work abroad for several weeks each year.
  • Relocation options available after one year.
  • Flexible and hybrid working options.
  • Home office setup budget and monthly work-from-home allowance.
  • Access to Claude tokens to support workflow automation and more efficient ways of working.
  • Additional location-specific benefits, which may include healthcare, retirement plans, team events, and other perks.
  • Remote-first working environment with a strong focus on autonomy, ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Opportunity to shape demand generation strategy and directly influence pipeline and revenue in a fast-growing technology environment.
