Outlet Manager - Hotel Food and Beverage

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the hotel’s restaurant, bar, and other food and beverage outlets to ensure high standards of service and quality

- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of staff to deliver excellent guest service and maintain a welcoming environment

- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to optimize team productivity

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards

- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management

- Collaborate with culinary and service teams to create appealing menus and promotional events

- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction

- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to support smooth operations

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel setting

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards

- Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial reports

- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

- Relevant hospitality or management certifications are a plus
