Each guest room blends Palisociety's signature bespoke designs with one-of-a-kind custom details and thoughtful touches throughout.POSITION PROFILEThe Bartender brings the energy behind the bar at Palihotel Hollywood - crafting well-made drinks and building the kind of rapport that turns first-time guests into regulars. You'll bring precision and personality to everything from morning espresso to late-night cocktails.THE TASK AT HANDCraft drinks for every occasion — mimosas at brunch, chef's-tasting-menu pairings, or espresso to-go.Create a warm, laidback atmosphere and keep the bar tidy and welcoming for guests and staff alike.Learn our steps of service, products, menu, and systems inside and out.Restock, replenish, and prep the bar as needed.Communicate openly with bar and restaurant managers on customer feedback.Collaborate with hotel staff to make sure overnight guests know about exclusive bar offerings and promotions.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORRequired1 year of related experience as a Bartender in a high-quality full-service or fast-casual environment.Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks, with the ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.Clear communication skills, fluent in English, with basic arithmetic for tabs and inventory.PhysicalStanding and walking throughout the shift, with the ability to lift up to 30lbs and carry bar stock as needed.Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOUCompetitive compensation package with medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus 401(k).Paid time off, holiday pay, and sick pay.Career advancement and professional development as we open new hotels and restaurants nationwide.Employee discounts across our entire portfolio (25 hotels and more to come!).
