Location: Sacred Society – 3410 W 38th Ave, Denver CO 80211

Position Type: Weekend Part-Time 10-15 hours/week (Thursday-Sunday)

Compensation: $20.00 + Tips (depending on experience)

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish), experienced, and grounded Spa & Wellness Services Team Member to join our expanding Sacred Society family.

This role is ideal for someone with strong hospitality and wellness experience who thrives in both structure and flow, someone who finds purpose in creating order, ease, and care for every guest who walks through our doors. You’re not here just for a job, but for a mission: to grow within a values-driven business, to build community, and to contribute to a space that truly heals.

You’ll support daily front-of-house and studio operations, collaborate with practitioners, and help maintain a beautiful, organized, and serene environment that reflects Sacred Society’s standards of excellence.

You Are

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish), fluent communication is required.
  • Experienced in wellness, spa, hospitality, or service (minimum 5+ years preferred).
  • Grounded, calm, and professional, a natural host with genuine warmth and presence.
  • Detail-oriented and consistent, taking deep pride in your work and environment.
  • Passionate about wellness, energy, and guest care, with a service-first mindset.
  • Organized, responsible, and able to multitask across guest check-ins, scheduling, and retail support.
  • Someone who values cleanliness, aesthetics, and order as acts of respect and mindfulness.
  • Adaptable and steady, showing up with a good attitude regardless of the day’s changes.
  • Collaborative and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of teamwork and accountability.
  • Charismatic and people-focused, able to connect with guests and practitioners alike.

Your Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with warmth, confidence, and presence, ensuring every experience begins with ease and care.
  • Manage check-ins, bookings, and communication with guests and practitioners.
  • Maintain an immaculate, tranquil environment, keeping all areas clean, stocked, and organized at all times.
  • Support spa flow by coordinating treatment timing, transitions, and guest communication.
  • Share knowledge of our services, classes, and retail offerings, helping guests discover what aligns with their needs.
  • Assist in retail sales, product organization, and inventory tracking.
  • Handle point-of-sale and scheduling systems with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Support daily opening and closing procedures.
  • Participate in team check-ins, meetings, and continuing education on Sacred Society’s evolving offerings.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.
  • 5+ years of hospitality, spa, or wellness service experience (front desk, reception, guest relations, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work on-site for full shifts.
  • Available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Professional, polished, and aligned with a holistic wellness environment.

Perks

  • Hourly pay + tips and retail commissions
  • Team meals and wellness café discounts
  • Discounts on spa services, retail, and classes
  • Professional development and training opportunities
  • Supportive, intentional, and values-aligned team culture

This role begins part-time with the potential to expand into full-time or leadership based on performance, consistency, and team contribution. We’re looking for someone who invests in their growth and the mission of Sacred Society, showing up with care, integrity, and purpose every day.
