The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing strategies and initiatives that strengthen Muth Electric’s brand, recruitment efforts, and company growth.

This PART-TIME SIOUX FALLS BASED ROLE works closely with the Marketing Manager and Marketing & Brand Director, this role supports content creation, social media, graphic design, campaigns, and marketing materials while helping maintain a consistent and professional brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture, edit, and organize photo and video content for marketing use
• Assist with social media planning, scheduling, and content execution
• Support recruitment marketing, including job postings and hiring campaigns
• Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives
• Create and design marketing materials, including advertisements, signage, promotional materials, internal communications, graphics, and other visual content
• Maintain organized brand assets, templates, and marketing resources
• Coordinate with vendors and agencies on marketing deliverables
• Assist with research and analysis of market data, industry trends, and internal needs
• Support the Marketing Manager and Marketing & Brand Director with day-to-day marketing initiatives
• Help ensure marketing content and materials align with Muth Electric’s brand standards

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field preferred
• 1–3 years of marketing, communications, design, or related experience preferred
• Strong creative, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience with social media, content creation, photography, video, and graphic design
• Proficiency with common marketing and design tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Proactive, dependable, and willing to take initiative
• Strong work ethic and accountability
• Team-oriented with a creative and collaborative mindset
