The position requires both strong program coordination and a solid technical foundation grounded in real-world engineering experience.
You’ll also oversee rollback and contingency planning, monitor execution in real time, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the transition.

- Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive Cutover Strategies, Plans, and Runbooks for production transitions.
- Coordinate cutover activities across business, application, infrastructure, DevOps, QA, operations, data, and vendor teams.
- Define clear readiness criteria and verify that all technical, operational, business, and organizational prerequisites are completed before go-live.
- Lead cutover planning sessions, readiness reviews, and Go/No-Go decision meetings.
- Coordinate deployment, data migration, system validation, testing, and business verification activities.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, constraints, and potential business impacts throughout the cutover lifecycle.
- Develop and coordinate rollback, contingency, recovery, and business continuity plans with relevant technical teams.
- Monitor cutover execution in real time, track milestones and dependencies, and escalate critical issues promptly.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding progress, risks, decisions, issues, and cutover outcomes.
- Coordinate post-deployment Hypercare and Early Life Support activities to ensure stable operations following go-live.
- Conduct post-cutover reviews to evaluate outcomes, document lessons learned, and identify opportunities for future improvements.
- Maintain key cutover deliverables, including the Cutover Strategy, Cutover Plan and Runbook, Readiness Checklist, Go/No-Go Criteria, Communication Plan, Rollback Plan, Status Reports, and Post-Cutover Review.
- Proven experience in Cutover Management, Release Management, production deployment, technology transformation, or large-scale system implementations.
- Strong stakeholder management, planning, coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
- Solid technical background with prior hands-on experience as a Software Developer, DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, Platform Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or in a comparable technical role.
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, application deployment processes, integrations, infrastructure, and operational support.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex technical activities across multiple teams and organizational functions.
- Strong understanding of deployment dependencies, data migration, system validation, testing, production readiness, and operational transition processes.
- Experience defining readiness criteria, managing Go/No-Go processes, and coordinating deployment decisions with technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to identify risks and dependencies early, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain effective contingency and rollback plans.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide concise and accurate updates to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly in high-pressure production environments.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, priorities, and stakeholders while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proactive, accountable, and structured approach to delivery, with the ability to remain calm and decisive during critical go-live activities.
- Experience supporting Hypercare, Early Life Support, stabilization, and post-production transition activities is desirable.
- Opportunity to lead high-impact technology deployments and critical production transitions.
- Exposure to complex environments spanning cloud, DevOps, infrastructure, applications, data, and operational systems.
- High level of ownership across the complete cutover lifecycle, from strategy and readiness through stabilization and continuous improvement.
- Opportunity to collaborate with diverse technical, business, and vendor teams across major transformation initiatives.
- Professional environment focused on structured delivery, risk management, operational excellence, and successful technology adoption.
- Opportunities to apply and further develop both technical engineering knowledge and program coordination expertise.
- Confidential application and recruitment process.
