About the Role:

The Iron Operator plays a critical role in the accommodation and food services industry by ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of industrial ironing equipment used to process linens, uniforms, and other fabric items. This position is responsible for delivering high-quality finished products that meet cleanliness and presentation standards, directly impacting guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. The Iron Operator must monitor machinery performance, troubleshoot issues promptly, and maintain safety protocols to prevent accidents and equipment damage. Collaboration with housekeeping and laundry teams is essential to coordinate workflow and meet daily production targets. Minimum Qualifications:
