Job Description

Purpose

The Full-Time Supervisor will utilize advanced office skills to provide day-to-day assistance to maintain the overall functionality of Office Services, Process of Service, Fee Approval, and Collateral

Specific Duties, Activities and Responsibilities

• Navigation and interpretation of department reports

• Deep understanding of client SLA’s and directives in order to prioritize effectively

• Ability to read Notes endorsements

• Consistently conducts team meetings

• Monitoring pipelines

• Monitor workflow and productivity

• Identifying potential back logs and implementing proactive strategies

• Addressing scorecard findings with the team and providing rebuttals

• Visiting the Delray office on occasion as needed

• Coach and mentor employees for skill growth

• Provide regular feedback and conduct performance reviews.

• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Minimum Formal Education:

High School Diploma

Minimum Experience:

Over 5 years of Experience in Foreclosure.

Essential Professional Skills/Competencies:

• Ability to efficiently plan and prioritize multiple tasks

• Possess good organizational skills and attention to detail

• Overall positive attitude and willingness to adapt to change

• Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner

• Team player and willing to provide assistance in multiple areas whenever is necessary

• Computer savvy (Excel a plus)
