Part-Time Staff for Brand Pop-up Event – Downtown Los Angeles in New York, New York at Tatolly INC

Event Dates & Hours:

• September 8, 2026: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM — 2 staff needed

• September 9, 2026: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM — 4 staff needed

• September 10, 2026: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM — 4 staff needed

Location: Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA)

Job Description:

We are looking for outgoing and reliable event staff to assist with an upcoming fashion event set up in Downtown Los Angeles.

The role will involve helping with event setup, organizing products and event materials, and engaging with attendees during the event. We are looking for individuals who are comfortable communicating with new people and can help create a friendly and engaging atmosphere at our booth.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with event setup and organization of products and materials.

• Help maintain and organize the booth throughout the event.

• Engage and socialize with attendees in a friendly and professional manner.

• Answer basic questions and direct attendees as needed.

• Support the event team with general on-site tasks.

• Help keep the event space organized and presentable.

Requirements:

• Fluent and comfortable communicating in English. Mandarin Chinese speaking is a plus.

• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people.

• Reliable, proactive, and able to adapt in a fast-paced event environment.

• Must be local to or able to commute to Downtown Los Angeles.

• Interest in fashion, Instagram, TikTok, or social media trends is a plus.

• Previous event, retail, hospitality, promotional, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation: $20/hr

Availability for all three days is preferred, but candidates who are available for only some of the dates are also welcome to apply.
