We are looking for a part-time, 1099 contracted Ancillary Provider who will work closely with clients on our substance use and/or mental health tracks, providing structured support, supervision, and encouragement as they build the skills needed for long-term wellness. This role is a great fit whether your background is in substance use recovery, mental health support, or both.

The Ancillary Provider is an instructor responsible for designing their classes, teaching content, and checking in with client progress. You will build healthy, professional relationships with your clients and offer personalized modifications and instruction.

Hourly Rate:

• $60.00 - $100/hour

Schedule:

• Saturday 9:00 am -10:30 am or 12:45pm - 2:45 pm, Monday 10:45am - 12:00 pm

What will your day look like? You will:

• Ability to teach holistic or therapeutic services such as meditation, yoga, expressive arts or other experiential approaches for group sessions

• Comfortable facilitating more general therapeutic groups such as coping skills, emotional regulation, stress management, wellness.

• Strong work ethic with a commitment to excellence

• Love of being creative, inspirational, and hard-working

• Positive attitude and contagious enthusiasm for community, people, and Epiphany Wellness' values

• Passion for teaching holistic or therapeutic services in a professional business setting

• Ability to design and teach safe and effective holistic or therapeutic classes

What you will need for this position:

• High School Diploma preferred

• Designated Board Certification(s) in the area of service
  

• Preferred two-three years experience as lead instructor; preferred mental health experience
