This fully remote opportunity offers significant ownership, client exposure, and the chance to directly influence account growth and business results.

Accountabilities:

  • Build trusted, long-term client relationships and identify appropriate opportunities to expand clients into additional services or marketing channels.
  • Partner with creative teams to develop campaign strategies and ad copy that align with client objectives, advising on the effective use of text, static, and video assets.
  • Stay current with paid media developments and industry trends, sharing relevant knowledge and contributing to the continued growth of the paid media team.
  • Provide strategic insights into complementary channels such as SEO, paid social, and email marketing, and support cross-channel service expansion when appropriate.
  • Use internal project management systems to organize workflows, monitor campaign progress, coordinate deliverables, and meet client deadlines.
  • Support internal team communication by answering questions, sharing expertise, and contributing to process and departmental improvements.
  • Optimize e-commerce product feeds using DataFeedWatch, Google Merchant Center, and other relevant feed-management solutions.
  • Maintain high standards of campaign quality, accuracy, organization, and performance throughout the account lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, and other relevant digital marketing platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience managing mid- to high-value paid media accounts with varying levels of advertising spend.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising strategy and optimization across multiple campaign types, including search, display, Performance Max, shopping, demand generation, and YouTube.
  • Proven ability to generate measurable performance improvements and use experimentation to identify scalable growth opportunities.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends and performance drivers, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills, including confidence leading performance discussions and explaining complex advertising concepts in a clear and strategic manner.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities for account expansion and additional marketing services.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams and advising on the strategic use of advertising assets across text, static, and video formats.
  • Familiarity with product-feed optimization and tools such as DataFeedWatch or Google Merchant Center is advantageous.
  • Ability to stay informed about evolving paid media practices and provide relevant insights across broader digital marketing channels.
  • Strong organization, time management, and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining strong collaboration and communication with clients and internal teams.
