The Role
The Global Coordinator supports the Global Prestige Care team and is responsible for coordinating cross-functional projects, budget tracking, PO management supporting key global marketing processes, supporting innovation and activation planning, and ensuring seamless execution across global initiatives.
The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills, attention to detail, operational rigor, and a passion for beauty brands. The coordinator is expected to drive organization, process excellence, and executional excellence across multiple priorities simultaneously within the Global Prestige Care team.
Key Responsibilities
- Help maintain portfolio calendars, launch trackers, and project status reports.
- Assist in budget administration, purchase orders, invoice processing, and agency coordination.
- Support logistics for events, shoots, education and training needs.
- Place orders for products for both internal and external needs.
- Drive project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and escalate appropriately.
- Coordinate asset development timelines with Creative and Activation teams.
- Support maintenance of key business trackers and dashboards.
- Consolidate information from multiple stakeholders to support decision making.
- Prepare agendas, meeting materials, action trackers, and follow-up summaries.
- Ensure action items are documented and completed against agreed timelines.
- Serve as a central communication point for Prestige Care project coordination as needed.
- Provide proactive, "hands-on" support for internal leadership reviews, ad-hoc projects, etc.
- Regularly monitor and track the competitive landscape in Styling, Care and Hair Thinning/Loss
- Serve as the Global Prestige Care Digital Asset Management (DAM) point of contact, partnering closely with Creative Operations to ensure timely upload, organization, governance, maintenance, and archiving of global brand assets, while supporting asset accessibility and compliance across markets.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 1-3 years of marketing, project management, brand management, or commercial experience.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel capabilities.
- Experience working across cross-functional teams.
We disclose the compensation range for positions in compliance with local law. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, skills and in comparison to internal incumbents currently in similar roles. Pay Range: $ 60,000.00 - $ 75,000.00 salary per year. The range listed is just one component of Wella Company's total rewards package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonus plan or variable pay, depending on the role.
