Pay Range: $40,000 – $60,000 / year + commissions, incentives, and performance bonuses

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced, proactive Warehouse Manager to lead our inventory, dispatching, and facility operations. In this role, you will manage staff, oversee logistics, ensure job site deliveries run smoothly, and keep our fleet and assets in peak condition. You will play a direct role in boosting company profitability by maintaining order, efficiency, and safety across all warehouse operations.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Operations & Logistics: Direct all daily receiving, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution operations.

  • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff to maintain a safe, productive, and high-morale work environment.

  • Fleet & Asset Care: Track, monitor, and maintain the condition, safety, and location of company fleet vehicles and field equipment.

  • Safety & Compliance: Enforce operational safety policies, secure facilities, and ensure proper equipment operation (including forklifts).

  • Inventory & Records: Maintain strict inventory controls, complete accurate documentation, and prevent stock shrinkage.

  • Field Support: Assist with parts deliveries to field technicians or job sites as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

Required:

  • 5+ years of warehouse management experience (HVAC or trades industry experience preferred).

  • Strong expertise in inventory control systems, logistics, and warehouse safety protocols.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate a forklift safely and effectively.

  • Proficient computer skills for inventory tracking and administrative tasks.

  • Proven leadership, communication, and multi-tasking skills.

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

  • Flexibility to work extended hours during peak seasons.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs repeatedly.

  • Comfortable climbing ladders, sitting/standing for long periods, and working in tight spaces (attics, crawlspaces).

  • Ability to work in variable temperatures (indoor/outdoor) and travel up to 50% locally between job sites.

  • Ability to climb up and down ladders and/or step stools repeatedly during work hours

  • Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time during work hours

  • Ability to work in small and confined dark spaces such as crawl spaces, attics, etc.

  • Ability to work in a wide range of temperatures (indoor/outdoor)

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time between job sites and customer locations

  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
