Job Summary:

Eagle Telemedicine is seeking a modern, business-minded reporting professional who can translate stakeholder questions into trusted data products and own the engineering behind them. This role combines business analysis, Power BI report development, Microsoft Fabric, data modeling, and agentic AI. The successful candidate will interview leaders and end users, clarify the decisions they are trying to make, identify the right data across Eagle's business platforms, and deliver secure, understandable dashboards, reports, and AI-assisted reporting workflows. The role also carries hands-on ownership of Eagle's Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, a containerized Python service deployed to Azure through CI/CD that exposes governed operations metrics to approved AI assistants. Candidates should be comfortable working in code and in a Git-based delivery workflow, not only in the Power BI and Fabric interfaces.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Conduct structured interviews and discovery sessions with executives, operational leaders, clinical stakeholders, and functional teams to define business questions, reporting requirements, measures, filters, drill paths, and acceptance criteria.

· Translate ambiguous requests into documented requirements, user stories, data definitions, report mockups, and prioritized reporting backlogs.

· Design, build, test, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards, paginated reports, scorecards, and self-service reporting experiences.

· Develop Power BI semantic models using sound dimensional-modeling practices; create DAX measures, Power Query transformations, row-level security, Direct Lake models over the Fabric warehouse, and clear data lineage.

· Use Microsoft Fabric capabilities, such as Data Factory, Lakehouse, Warehouse, notebooks, pipelines, OneLake, deployment pipelines, and a self-hosted integration runtime inside Eagle's Azure VNet, to ingest, transform, organize, and serve analytics data as appropriate.

· Profile and integrate data from Quickbase, ETHOS, QGenda, HubSpot, and Eagle-managed files and folders supporting contract management; reconcile identifiers, business rules, timing differences, and source-system limitations.

· Reverse-engineer legacy Power BI reports and undocumented transformation logic, including .pbix forensics with tools such as Tabular Editor, DAX Studio, or pbi-tools, and black-box reconciliation against source data where the original logic is no longer available.

· Create data dictionaries, metric catalogs, source-to-target mappings, report specifications, refresh schedules, test cases, architecture decision records (ADRs), shared SQL, Spark, and DAX conventions, and end-user documentation.

· Build, operate, and extend AI agents, agentic workflows, and Eagle's Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, which assist with report discovery, requirements capture, data-quality checks, narrative summaries, exception identification, and other approved reporting tasks.

· Maintain the MCP server as a software product: Python service code, automated unit, integration, and regression tests, container builds, and the CI/CD pipeline that promotes tested images from UAT to production on Azure App Service.

· Administer the Azure footprint supporting these reporting services, including Microsoft Entra ID app registrations and scopes, Key Vault secrets, managed identities, and VNet-integrated connectivity to source databases.

· Apply human-in-the-loop controls, monitoring, traceability, access controls, and appropriate testing to AI-assisted reporting; clearly distinguish generated narrative from verified source data.

· Partner with technology, operations, finance, clinical, credentialing, sales, and contract-management stakeholders to validate results and drive adoption.

· Monitor data quality, refresh performance, report usage, Fabric capacity consumption and cost, and stakeholder feedback; troubleshoot defects and continuously improve the reporting portfolio.

· Protect confidential, proprietary, and regulated data, including protected health information, and follow Eagle's data governance, security, privacy, and AI governance requirements.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· 8+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, business intelligence, analytics, report development, or a closely related field.

· Demonstrated experience leading stakeholder interviews and converting business needs into accurate, usable reporting solutions.

· Strong hands-on Power BI experience, including DAX, Power Query, semantic models, data visualization, workspace/app management, refresh, and security.

· Working experience with Microsoft Fabric or comparable modern data-platform capabilities, including Lakehouse, Warehouse, pipelines, and Direct Lake semantic models, with the ability to apply them to real reporting use cases.

· Strong understanding of relational data, dimensional modeling, data structures, joins, keys, hierarchies, slowly changing dimensions, data quality, and metadata.

· Practical SQL skills and experience working with APIs, flat files, spreadsheets, shared folders, and structured and semi-structured data.

· Applied AI experience, including the ability to design, build, test, and document AI agents, agentic workflows, or Model Context Protocol (MCP) tool servers that support reporting and analytics.

· Working proficiency in Python and comfort maintaining a production service: reading and changing application code, writing automated tests, building containers, and shipping through a CI/CD pipeline.

· Proficiency with Git-based version control and pull-request workflows for both analytics and application code.

· Demonstrated experience reverse-engineering existing reports and undocumented data transformations to recover business logic and validate it against source systems.

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in information systems, data analytics, computer science, business, or a related discipline; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

· Experience with Microsoft Azure administration, including Entra ID app registrations, Key Vault, managed identities, and VNet-integrated services, along with Fabric governance, Microsoft Purview, or Power BI administration.

· Experience building governed copilots or agents with tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Fabric data agents, or comparable frameworks.

· Experience with Quickbase, QGenda, HubSpot, contract lifecycle or document-management data, or internally developed operational platforms.

· Healthcare, telemedicine, provider-services, or another regulated-industry background.

· Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as Power BI Data Analyst Associate or Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate.

Physical Requirements:

This is a full-time, Atlanta-area position. The regular work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Candidates must live in the greater Atlanta area. Any specific on-site or hybrid expectations will follow Eagle Telemedicine's applicable workplace policy.
