Compensation:

$25.50 - $27.50 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute preventative maintenance programs to maximize equipment performance, extend asset life, and promote a safe working environment.
  • Perform siding and minor roofing repairs to maintain the appearance and structural integrity of residential and commercial properties.
  • Inspect windows, doors, walls, and other building components for damage and complete repairs in a timely manner.
  • Respond to a variety of maintenance requests with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, preventative maintenance, service requests, and completed repairs.
  • Independently prioritize and complete assigned work orders and maintenance tasks across multiple properties.
  • Safely operate ladders and work at elevated heights as required to complete maintenance and repair projects.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and building system issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective solutions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Assist with property improvement projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in maintenance, facilities, property maintenance, or a related field required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to after-hours, evening, weekend, and emergency maintenance requests as needed.
  • Strong communication, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Solid knowledge of maintenance tools, equipment, repair techniques, and preventative maintenance practices.
  • Working knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance.
  • Ability to diagnose maintenance issues, troubleshoot problems, and complete repairs efficiently and safely.
  • Functional smartphone required to access and complete work orders through the company's maintenance management application.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
