WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll meet with clients, present tailored roofing, siding, and window solutions, with the ability to add on soffit, fascia, and gutters you will guide them confidently from first conversation to signed deal. As the face of that relationship, you'll keep clients confident every step of the way. To maximize your earning potential, you'll be available to meet with clients during evenings and weekends.

COMPENSATION

- During your first 6 weeks of training: a base pay of $800 weekly plus 3% commission

- After successfully completing the training period: straight commission at 8%, uncapped

- Top performers earn well into six figures once they're off training pay

We'll walk you through exactly how the pay structure works during the interview, so there are no surprises.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Proven ability to build rapport and consistently close sales. Top performers in this role strive to close 50%+ of qualified appointments.

- Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic. You show up prepared, manage your schedule effectively, and can be trusted to work independently.

- Sales or client-facing experience preferred. Roofing or construction experience is not required. We provide comprehensive training.

- Excellent communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.

- Comfortable working in a performance-based compensation structure where your earnings reflect your results.

- Competitive, coachable, and committed to continuous improvement while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

- Comfortable working at heights and able to safely access residential roofs as part of inspections and customer consultations.

- Physically capable of lifting and carrying 50+ pounds, including extension ladders and other equipment required for the job.

- Willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions throughout the day.
