Bilingual Leasing Agent in San Antonio, Texas at Tarantino Properties Inc

Tarantino Properties is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Agent to oversee our apartment community located in San Antonio, TX. The Lennox Apartments.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours to future residents and visitors
• Use and create promotional items and technology to communicate with potential prospects and generate revenue
• Build relationships with prospective and future residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize decisions to lease and/or renew
• Generate leads by conducting effective follow up on the phone & through email
• Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents & prospects
• Develop marketing plans with the goal to sustain occupancy as well as staying informed about the current market

• Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude
• Experience with property management software required: OneSite / Knock / BlueMoon
• Spanish-speaking is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous leasing or property management experience preferred
