What Youll Do
  • Empowerment: Implement Individual Service Plans (ISPs), helping individuals achieve personal goals in habilitative, behavioral, and recreational areas.

  • Support & Advocacy: Assist with activities of daily living (like hygiene, budgeting, and meal prep) and ensure the voices and needs of those we serve are heard.

  • Community Engagement: Accompany individuals to appointments, work, and recreational activities, helping them stay connected to their community.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Site Manager and your fellow team members to create a safe, supportive, and efficient environment.

What Were Looking For
  • Heart & Passion: A genuine interest in working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

  • Character: A demonstrated ability to maintain respectful, ethical, and empowering relationships.

  • Physical Capacity: The ability to assist and lift individuals with physical disabilities or limited mobility.

  • Reliability: Strong communication skills (written/oral) and a track record of taking responsibility for assigned tasks.

  • Certification: CPR and First Aid Certification (at hire for DDS sites, or within 30 days for others).

  • Preferred: Previous experience or education related to developmental disabilities is a plus!
