Wyandot Behavioral Health Network (Wyandot BHN) is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medication Clinic. In this role, you'll provide high-quality nursing care and care coordination for adults receiving behavioral health services, helping clients achieve improved health and wellness through collaboration, education, and compassionate support.

What You'll DoAs a Medication Clinic Nurse, you will:
- Build positive, respectful, and trusting relationships with clients and their families.
- Provide professional nursing care and support for adults receiving psychiatric medication services.
- Educate clients, families, and support systems about medications, treatment plans, and overall wellness.
- Coordinate care with internal teams, primary care providers, specialists, pharmacies, and community partners.
- Support psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners in delivering high-quality medication management services.
- Administer medications, including long-acting injectable medications and other prescribed treatments.
- Triage client phone calls, assess needs, and coordinate appropriate follow-up care.
- Assist clients with prescription assistance programs and medication access.
- Facilitate referrals to internal programs and community-based medical or behavioral health services.
- Assist with scheduling and day-to-day clinic operations.
- Help maintain clinic medical and office supply inventories.
- Collaborate with staff to prioritize urgent client needs.
- Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation and required reports.
- Maintain compliance with agency policies, procedures, and nursing standards.
- Perform other duties that support the success of the Medication Clinic and client care.
Required Qualifications
- Current Kansas Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with clients, families, providers, and community partners.
- Knowledge of healthcare systems and care coordination.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in behavioral health, psychiatry, or community mental health.
- Familiarity with evidence-based and recovery-oriented behavioral health practices.
- Experience providing medication education and coordinating care across multiple providers.
