Description
This position will help establish operations and coordinate with the Angolan Ministry of Defense to provide technical assistance for the operation and maintenance of the LTV systems in-country.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Deliver hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for military-grade vehicles and systems.
- Provide on-site maintenance services, system upgrades, and diagnostic evaluations.
- Conduct on-the-job training (OJT) for foreign military personnel and junior technicians.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in maintenance procedures and best practices.
- Document maintenance actions, warranty claims, system performance, and technical findings accurately.
- Support program integration, logistics, and fielding operations as needed.
- Other duties as identified and assigned.
Required Education and Experience
- Prior experience in supporting commercial or military-deployed operations.
- Prior military qualifications equivalent to the U.S. Army Military Operation Specialist 91B, 915A, or 915E, or Commercial Certification equivalent to ASE Master Military Technician Certification or Certified Master Automobile Technicians.
- Prior international or OCONUS experience working with foreign military customers strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with defense sustainment practices.
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Ability to live and work overseas for extended periods.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Forklift certification (as required).
- Security + Plus Certification (mandatory), or able to obtain within 6 months.

Security Responsibilities
- Eligible and obtain (if required) a DoD Personnel Security Clearance.
- Must comply with all company Information Systems security policies and procedures.
- May be responsible for proper classification and marking of all information and materials. Employee shall not divulge any information, or afford access to other employees not having a need-to-know authorization. Shall not divulge information outside the company without management approval. Will be required to execute company non-disclosure agreement prior to access to any controlled information.
Language Skills
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex words and technical documents/diagrams.
Must be able to effectively communicate orally and in writing and work effectively as part of a team.
Reasoning Ability and Mathematical Skills
Must be able to analyze problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. An ability to interpret complex customer requirements and attitudes from verbal, non-verbal, and written communication is desirable. Must be able to calculate figures and numbers, and percentages and be able to draw and interpret graphs. Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and drawings.

May be assigned to an austere location. Potential risk exposure due to geopolitical events has been considered in determining appropriate wages for this position. Work assignments are determined by company business needs and customer requirements. Accommodations will not be made regarding which site an employee is assigned to.
