While our Shipping and Warehouse teams serve as the vital backbone of our operations, they require an inspiring, motivated Warehouse Lead to help them reach new heights. • Expertise in logistics, inventory management and supply chain (2 years experience preferred)
• Experience leading teams to personal and professional success

• Pharmacy Assistant license is not required at time of interview. If we feel like you're the right candidate, we'll help you get one.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Warehouse Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring patients receive their medication on time and with care. Your daily responsibilities as a Warehouse Manager will include:

• Conducting thorough and regular inventory checks to ensure the pharmacy always has supplies on hand
• Purchasing of supplies and negotiating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies at the most affordable rates
• Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse and workspace to ensure efficient operations
• Leading your team in packaging medication for shipment through USPS, FedEx, and UPS
• Leading the interview, onboarding and training of new employees
• Monitoring your team’s progress and evaluating performance

Pay:

$65,000-$80,000 annually

Work Hours:

AM Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Occasional weekends as needed
