  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing business decisions through financial insights.
  • Proven understanding of full P&L management and experience contributing to annual budgeting processes.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS business models and recurring revenue metrics such as ARR, NRR, GRR, LTV/CAC, and payback periods.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills using Excel or Google Sheets, including scenario analysis and large-scale data analysis.
  • Experience using AI tools, automation solutions, or scripting technologies such as Python, VBA/Macros, or Google Apps Script to improve finance workflows.
  • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial concepts clearly to non-financial audiences.
  • Experience with FP&A platforms such as Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, or Planful is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, BI, or data analysis tools such as NetSuite, Salesforce, SQL, Looker, or Tableau is preferred.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or subscription-based businesses and demonstrated use of generative AI tools for analysis and automation are strong advantages.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary range of $100,000–$120,000.
  • Eligibility for a 10% performance-based bonus.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage.
  • Retirement savings plan with employer match.
