Position Overview We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Outside Sales Representative to expand business development efforts throughout the Greenville and Upstate South Carolina market. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys networking, building referral partnerships, and selling consultative services to business owners and executives. The position offers significant earning potential through a recurring commission model and long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities Business Development & Prospecting Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking activities. Identify and secure new clients for HR outsourcing and consulting services. Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with business owners and decision-makers. Relationship Building Develop strong relationships with Centers of Influence (COIs), including: CPAs Attorneys Bankers Business Consultants Build and maintain long-term referral partnerships. Sales Presentations Present and sell: HR Outsourcing Services (ASO) Payroll & HR Technology Solutions Benefits Administration Services HR Consulting Projects Recruiting Services Pipeline Management Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools. Track opportunities, activities, and follow-up efforts. Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals. Community Engagement Represent the company at: Networking events Business functions Community events Industry gatherings Internal Collaboration Partner with HR and implementation teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and transition.
